Can I keep costs down by helping with the furniture removals?
We always keep our costs low for our customers, however, to avoid extra time or costs, you can help by ensuring all of your boxes are packed before the removalists arrive and that your furniture is easily accessible within the property for easy removal and transportation.
How long will the move take?
The following times are based on estimation only, provided there is a standard amount of furniture and no unusual items and the access at the property is not difficult.
1 Bedroom Unit: 2-4 hours.
2 Bedroom House: 3-4 hours.
3 Bedroom House: 6-7 hours.
4 Bedroom House: 8-9 hours.
How much notice do you need for the booking?
To ensure we are able to secure your booking at your requested date and time, we recommend booking with 1 week notice.
Although, we do also accommodate for last minute bookings.
When and how do I pay?
Payment is due after the completion of the job.
Payment methods are either cash to the drivers or over the phone via MasterCard or VisaCard (2% surcharge does apply on all card payments).
Do you have insurance?
We cover Public Liability Insurance, Loading/Unloading Insurance and Truck Accidental Insurance.
We do not cover Goods in Transit Insurance. If you wish to receive this cover, you can organise it through yesinsurance.com.au.
Are there any hidden costs?
There are absolutely no hidden costs involved.
Each price provided to you includes GST, loading, travelling and unloading. No depot or booking fees apply.
How can i get exact cost before booking?
It would be beneficial to provide us with a list of exactly what you are intending to have moved. You may also ask one of our friendly representatives to provide you with a fixed price if applicable.
